Shaadidukaan’s CSR Initiative Silver Stag India – Ekam at Prism of Possibilities Edition 1.0: An activity based inspirational initiative by “Chalo Jaipur”

For all the individuals who aspire to be an entrepreneur and come up with their own startups, it is always better to learn from the experts. With this vision in mind, “Chalo Jaipur” organized an event named “Prism of Possibilities Edition 1.0”, focused on sharing and recounting the experiences of the entrepreneurs and corporate professionals.

While sharing the thoughts, the professionals told that the journey to being an entrepreneur is like a roller coaster and is full of ups and downs. It is not at all a walk in the park put a bumpy ride and quitting midway is not an option. One can only succeed when the ride is complete. It is important for the person to fasten his seatbelts and not to look back. Failures are a part of the journey and must be considered as the stepping stones to success.

The trick to being a successful entrepreneur is to sportingly accept all the failures and criticisms as those are the things that refine a business. No business model is flawless from its initial phase but a perfect business model requires much polishing that only the feedback from the end user can provide. Working upon the flaws and evolving the business accordingly is something that always helps out.

Activities and Problem Solving Sessions

There is more and more need of events like these as the entrepreneurs today need a constant way to interact with others, share ideas and keep themselves motivated. The event “Prism of Possibilities Edition 1.0” included many activities that helped everyone to get indulged in the event. First of the various activities was “Walk and Talk” that included the people getting acquainted with each other in just 5 minutes by interacting with each other.

Everyone participated in the event effortlessly and the activity helps getting the conversations started. At a later time the different teams were divided that enabled the attendees to gel up further and find out the solutions to their respective problems.

While the discussion went further the various different topics were discussed including “Food Adulteration Problems” and the proposed solution was to implement society farming that’ll also provide the kids a fun space of learning the basics of farming and gardening.

Another problem discussed was the lack of training to the employees and the solution that was put forward for that was to design a business model aimed at training the employees and it was a great thing that the organizers of the event were already working upon the project.
